Heather came to Highland as the Associate Pastor in June 2006.   As the daughter of a Marine, she had moved eight times by the time she was 16.  Heather earned her Bachelor's degree from Boston University, where she majored in Physical Therapy, prior to receiving her call to ministry.  She received her Master of Divinity from Duke University in 2004.  Heather's husband, Casey, works as a fraud investigator with the Durham Police Department.  Heather and Casey have an infant son, Caleb, and a seven year-old dog, Jake.
